Meeting with Clients

Our first step is to meet with homeowners on their schedule.  At this meeting, we will introduce our custom design book and the user friendly software program that allows customers to actively track the homebuilding process.

Contract

Customers are able to bring us plans, or we can have custom home plans drawn for you.  You will not sign a contract until you are ready to build, unlike other builders who have you sign a contract when plans are being drawn.

No Hidden Fees

 

  There are no "hidden fees" when working with Discovery Custom Homes.  You will know the expenses on all allowances including windows, flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, bathroom hardwire, paint,

fire places, and appliances.  Clients are able to track expenses on the app and receive instant alerts for any budget changes.

Building Process

During the building process, we will work with your sub-contractors or ours.  This allows the customer flexibility if they know someone that they would like to use.  The software allows our sub-contractors to view selections, keeping an open line of communication between the homeowner, builder, and sub-contractor.

Finished Product

​

At completion, homeowners are given a binder with phone numbers, operating manuals, and warranties.  Discovery Custom Homes prides itself on customer service and will continue to answer your call for all of your building needs.
